How do we start working together?
The first step is simple. You fill out a quick project brief to tell us about your vision. From there, we set up a discovery call to dive into the details, figure out the exact scope of your website, and make sure we’re a great fit. Once we agree on the goals, we pull up our sleeves and get to work!
How soon can you deliver?
Pushing your new site live is our favorite part. For a standard 4-page website, our turnaround is typically 3 to 4 weeks. This timeline kicks off the moment we have all your text, images, and branding assets ready to go. Larger projects will have a custom timeline mapped out for you from day one.
Do I need to have a domain and hosting already?
Not necessarily! If you already have them set up, great. If not, we will guide you through exactly how to purchase them so that you have 100% legal ownership of your digital home right from the start.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes! We build our sites on WordPress, which means the backend is incredibly user-friendly. Once the project is launched, we hand over the keys (full Administrator rights) so you can easily swap out photos or change text without needing to know a single line of code.
Will my website look good on phones?
It has to! Every single website we build is fully responsive, meaning it will look and function beautifully whether your clients are viewing it on a desktop in the office or a smartphone on the go.
What happens after the website is launched?
Once the project is live, we still have your back. We offer a 14-day warranty period to iron out any initial bugs. After that, you are fully equipped to manage the site yourself, or we can discuss a monthly maintenance plan to keep your site updated, secure, and running smoothly while you focus on your business.
